System Packages:
SimpleUpdates Classic Package:
  • Cost: 19.95 /mo subscription
  • Standard term: 3 months, auto renewing, 3 month billing.
  • Scope: One church, one ministry, one organization, one instance of the CMS
  • Includes: SimpleUpdates Core software, unlimited pages, hosting, ongoing email/ticket support

Add SimpleUpdates Multimedia Upgrade

  • Cost: $10 upgrade to a total of 29.95 /mo subscription
  • Adds: one WM9 streaming media account: + 500 megs media storage, 5 gigs data transfer.
Support Plans: (choose one)
Classic Support Plan:

  • Cost: Server install fee of $50 plus $220 for support. (A support plan is required for new customers, and you save $40!)
  • Includes: Up to 4 hours allotment for site setup, support and training.
  • Duration: Support hours expire after 2 months
  • We are glad to answer your additional questions after your support plan expires via on-going email/ticket support. You can also simply renew a support plan for continued phone support, or pay as you go.

Gold Support Plan:

  • Cost: Server install fee of $50 plus $420 for support. (You save $100!)
  • Includes: Up to 8 hours allotment for site setup, support and training.
  • Duration: Support hours expire after 6 months duration.
  • We answer on-going questions after your support plan expires via email/ticket support options. You can also simply renew a support plan for continued phone support, or pay as you go.

Platinum Support Plan:

  • Cost: Server install fee of $50 plus $800 for support. (You save $240!)
  • Includes: 16 hours allotment for site setup, support and training.
  • Duration: Support hours expire after 12 months

    • We are glad to answer your additional questions after your support plan expires via on-going email/ticket support. You can also simply renew a support plan for continued phone support, or pay as you go.
